REIKI

WHAT IS REIKI?

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

WHAT ARE THE RESULTS OF A REIKI SESSION?

Reiki is directed by the Universal Life Force and knows exactly where energy is needed to balance and restore balance your mind, body and spirit. Therefore, the experience will be different  for  each individual. Most common results are, relaxation, release of pain and anxiety, feeling energized and clear minded.

A Reiki session is like a massage or your Spirit. With soft music playing and aroma therapy you relax (fully clothed) on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner places her hands over your body directing the Universal Life Energy into you.
Before the session begins you will have the opportunity to discuss the reason for your visit, areas of concern and what you are hoping to achieve.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

There is not much to do in preparation of your session. Arrive for your appointment on time. Be hydrated. Dress in comfortable clothing. Have an open heart and mind.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE REIKI?

WHAT IS A HOLISTIC HEALTH PRACTITIONER?

Many practitioners recommend starting with regular sessions, such as once a week or a few times a month, to establish a foundation for well-being. As individuals progress in their healing journey, they might choose to space out sessions, transitioning to a maintenance schedule.

Holistic practitioners take the approach of treating the whole body. Focusing on the body, mind, spirit and emotions when working with a client.

Holistic healers use various techniques and therapies, which include alternative practices. These may involve,  herbal remedies, energy healing, frequency healing, meditation and counseling. The specific methods used will vary depending on the practitioners training.
